He did NOT misspeak, Rudy tried to make his point using more than one statement resulting in the statement “truth is not the truth”. However:

The PERJURY TRAP has NOTHING TO DO WITH “HE SAYS /SHE SAYS”...it about Trump contradicting trump’s own earlier statements!

That’s why Guilliani continues to say “That is how Trump will testify”, why trump’s team is working so hard to control the questions Mueller can ask (which is ridiculous), and why trump’s legal team say “they already know this” attempting to dismiss the question before it can be asked.

It’s so obvious that only a blind trump apologist can’t or won’t see the lame tactics they are attempting to use.
