Might not be the worst thing for the gallery to have a few subsections for different genres. It would allow people to filter to their interests. There are a lot of photos posted and many get missed.

FWIW NO one is forced to post the RR images on the trains section It was started by an active UHH member and rainfall (not admin)so like minded members had a place were they'd see things they were interested in with out having to separate the wheat from the chaff. There are many other sections here that started the same way and for similar reasons

New users are not automatically subscribed, so often these specialty sections are not even known - nor are they in a person's daily email unless subscribed.

That is a whole other subject, how to concisely list all the sections so viewers can see at a glance what is available to them
