The trainers should be going to highway patrols in large states for indoctrination of safety rules.
Equipment should be overhauled every 3-6 months.
Saw recent stories about drunk airline personnel.
Remember that the "Golden Gate Bridge" took 1 yr to complete & start over again. Does that still happen?
There is a shortage of qualified people.
