Looks like a line of cruise ships waiting on newbie travelers to waste money. I'll pass on the cruise ships after being on a few. I'd rather be on a smaller sailing vessel in the Caribbean.

Where was the shot taken? I've sailed out of Miami and Port Canaveral but they don't line up like that.

yes.... you have it... people getting their money stolen right out from under them..... I need to change the name of this post to "Pirate Ships" they are after your buried treasure... I think I spot one now...
Destroyers who spoil small ports such as Dubrovnik, Venice, Barcelona ETC,
where thousands of tourists disembark and flood these places,
never spend any money there and return to the cruise ship.
An opportunists’ moment to see five lined up at once.
Well taken.
Looks like they're about to race each other lol.
These ships are so Tall I wonder how they don't flip over.
Don
talk about taking your money.. Atlantis is behind me.... just thought this was interesting shot...
I should have recognized it. Been there three times and ain't going back. Paradise Island is OK but like the Mouse Kingdom once is enough. If I ever can travel like I once did it'll be BVI, Aruba, and Central America.

I hear Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic is beautiful and the place to go now... Been to Aruba... well known for being one the few islands that's not in the path of hurricanes during the summer months...
Compared to the beautiful liners of the 30's and 40's, a quintuple study in ugliness.

My son went to the Dominican Republic a few years ago for his honeymoon and they loved it. I'm not sure what resort but it all inclusive. From what heard in locations like that you don't leave the property for safety reasons. I think Jamaica is an exception. I've also heard Cuba is a great location and has a lot of visitors from Europe and Canada. It's slowly opening up for U.S. travelers but still not an easy trip.
