I have a small camera backpack (Case Logic) with my D850, 24-300, 16-36, and 50 1.4 inside. I also have a lens cloth, CP, couple of lens hoods, photography gloves, and a plastic bag in case it rains. I grab the bag when I am heading out...and generally never pre-plan what I need or should take since all my glass and components are already in the bag. Haven't had an issue yet. I have a mono pod and extra tri pod in the car.

When you go out taking photos, what camera and lenses do you bring? Any accessories? Anything that's just random but has proven useful over time?
