Thank You Everyone!!! I solved my problem by downloading and installing the new OnOne 2018. During installation it asked if I wanted to remove all prior versions of the software and this time I answered Yes. After installation I checked the plugins on PS CC 2018 and all had been removed except the current install. Yay- all gone.

Aside from the clutter, I really don't think broken links to programs no longer on you computer take up much room on your HDD. I think I may have one "extra" item in my list under File>Automate. I really just ignore it. And also have some none sense under Filters. I'm using Ps CS6 so I can not easily correct "installation" issues.

A couple suggestions. Yes, reboot your computer after making any changes or program or feature deletions. Also, this might be confusing, but I've noticed that with Ps various features behave differently or are greyed out or "missing" depending on some parameter like they mode of file you are working with, say not RGB but CMYK, 16-bit or 32-bit. Ps has a lot or arcane settings that can drive you nuts. And so what controls what is shown in you Automate list may be some place else. Also the filters available can depend on the file that is open in Ps. There is an example (in part), I often shoot Infrared images with a Converted camera, and usually open them up with Ps and do a Red-Blue channel swap. I find that after that many functions, features, tools, filters are not available for these IR images because somehow Ps "knows" they are not "normal" sRGB (PSD, TIFF, JPG) files.

Many programs have "uninstall" files, and I've seen "Uninstall" aps listed or advertised, though I've never tried any of them.

If you have removed the old apps that are either expired or superseded by newer versions or not used, try uninstalling PS CC and reinstalling it. After you uninstall PS, restart the computer and then install PS. I would also deactivate PS first before you uninstall it just so that Adobe doesn't think it's been installed on 2 computers.

I solved my problem but thank you everyone for taking the time to help. When I installed the new version of OnOne there was an option to uninstall all previous editions and so I did and they were removed from PS at that time.

Often, there is an "uninstall" ap provided with the ap. It removes all bits of code associated with the ap. Also in Apple System Library search for any files using the name of the ap you are deleting and drag them to the Trash.
