Main problem here is the methode used by the gov't to budget. In it's infinate wisdom congress passed a law that the federal budget MUST be increased by the rate of inflation. This is called Baseline budgeting- a gauranteed budget increase. Every other organization uses zero based budgeting. Start at zero, figure out how much you need and buget based. upon what you expect to recieve. It is even more insideous than that. If the baseline is 4% and congres decides that a 3% baseline is adequate, they credit themselves with a 25% savings. That way they can claim, to the voters, that they are fiscally responsable and therefore deserve to be re-elected. While greatly expanding deficit spending. Unless this fraudulent scheme of baseline budgeting is ended the US will spend us into bankruptacy. Not a matter of if but only when. IT'S A GIGANTIC SCAM.

I wonder would happen, all the funding for programs Social Security, any type of military would be gone, highway and any infrastructure would go away, and the final problems would then go to a State level and even to the City level. at least we would not have to worry about paying any IRS taxes.
