Ha!
Your are on a roll today, Jerry!

Uh- Oh! He has a book on the X-E2 too...
I had his book for the X-E1.
It went with the camera when I sold it.
Where's the Gas-X?

From the publisher: ~ NOTE: This book (X-E2) is compatible for firmware 3 or earlier. Users of firmware 4 or the X-E2S would be best served by The Fujifilm X-T10

Exactly the question I want to ask. Thank you.

In addition to this question you're asking here I did respond, thoroughly, to your "Fuji's Honeymoon Over?" question to me in the X-E2s post ....... just wondering, did you see it?

Yes, thanks. I saw it.
Need to check which update I have installed, update it and possibly get the T-10 book.

Oh, yes; did see it, and did appreciate it.

I replied (a little further down the thread):

As usual, simply and concisely stated, Craggy. Thank you.

For me, this is the important point in your narrative: "Oh ...... and perhaps some of the "discomfort" of the rangefinder style is down to the fact that I am "left eye dominant" !"

I had a Fujifilm factory rep install the 4.01 Firmware on my X-E2 (making it an X-E2IV), so I purchased the paper version of Rico's X-T10 book. Very usable, as long as one keeps in mind that it's a book about the X-T10 (things like; no mode dial on the X-E2) [thankfully].

Just curious- you own both the X-T2 and X-Pro 2 cameras- does one camera do something the other doesn't?

Hybrid viewfinder in the X-Pro2, 3-way flippy rear screen along with an optional performance enhancing battery grip for the X-T2.
