Both. Primarily Classic.
Background is that I have been trying to learn when and how to include my phone in photography. Before the new, cloud Lightroom CC it was called LR Mobile. It worked. Shoot a picture on the phone and it shows up in folder based Lightroom (now called classic) on my computer before I get home.
The name change from Lightroom Mobile to (cloud) Lightroom CC works the same but, brought some new, cool improvements and enhancements.

These are two quite different apps targeted for different users. Lightroom Classic CC is intended for use on computers or laptops. Lightroom CC is intended for use on mobile platforms such as cellphones and tablets. You are comparing apples to musk oxen.

Primarily Classic, although I loaded CC onto the Laptop and could not stand its "incompleteness"
