Too old to run and am not aware of anything to run from or to. I'm pretty sure I've done things that would have scared you but I won't elaborate so it's impossible to know, and it certainly isn't important. If you want people to recognize you as a hero, include your act of bravery with your name. Nobody is going to think you are brave just because you run around calling others, others that you don't know, cowards. Calling others communists won't improve your image either. For me to call you what I believe you are would just be cruel, so I guess we are at an impasse.

I would think you would be proud of being called a communist. As far as being a hero, not me, never was and never claimed to be, but on the other hand, I am proud to have served my country and glad I don't feel the need to justify cowardice with hollow excuses.

Obviously we don't like each other very much. We also don't have a lot of respect for each other. Big deal. It doesn't explain why you always want to fight.

No fighting, just replies to your stupid open-ended questions and comments. I don't know that I don't like you, I have never met you, I do however take exception to your socialist progressive comments. Your comments paint you as a wishy, washy person who seems to lack the courage to actually commit to anything other than your seeming disdain for anyone who actually does commit to wanting the freedom to make their own choices.

Fools are confident and self assured even when wrong. Some of us take things a little more seriously.

Good one! However one of the things I don't take seriously is you.

On occasion you really piss me off, but this isn't one of those times. I'd like to be taken seriously, but you're not required. Actually, if thinking badly of me makes you feel better, I probably don't really like it but I'm glad I could help.

This article explains many aspects that the news did not mention. Here is my take on just why this fellow was innocent of nothing more than "picking up that gun" Gun safety that is taught children in schools and by "inelegant " parents is if they find a gun of any type to not touch it and immediately report it to an adult.
The important aspect of this is just what happened here - the gun was loaded and ready to fire and went off when the trigger was touched - this is what happens in a majority of firearm accidents. This man did not have the training as most children don't remember he comes from MX where only crooks have hand guns --to pull the slide to inspect the chamber for a shell - and if so drop the magazine and then eject the loaded round - what he did do - as is taught in gun safety is point the gun down- unfortunately the bullet bounced off the cement and struck the lady.
Now some may as "What about pointing the gun up?" remember "what goes up - must come down" many people around the world - as well as here in the USA are injured or killed every year by bullets fired into the air. This could have been the same thing here in the highly populate city.
Yes he did not belong here and is now being deported "one more time"

It was just reported that the jury was hamstrung and misled on what the charges were and the requirements needed to meet each of the charges.

Reported by who? Trump is famous for leaking stories and then quoting the stories that originated with him to support his crap.
