What is YOUR expertise in marketing of fine art, b&w studio nudes?
And, btw, the proper term is 'indemnify,' not 'exonerate.'
My expertise is not relevant in this instance because I wouldn't touch a project like this with a barge pole. You are correct that I should have used the term 'indemnify' if I was thinking about compensation or protection from legal liability, but I was clearly thinking about avoiding blame for wrongdoing, which can be appropriate even when legal problems don't occur but ethical concerns do arise.
I would not want to be associated with this kind of activity regardless of the legal implications. Your posts in the Attic show a lot about your character, and I would not want to get smeared in that kind of association. There are things that you simply can't wash off. If I were you I wouldn't wear or keep a little blue dress, it might change your life!
If the lady in question gives you permission to publish, or at least expresses no concern, then no problem, otherwise I think you have already received the assessment of many on UHH.
To paraphrase a poem by Roger McGough:
Discretion is the better part Valerie, though all of her is nice. But Valerie fondles lovers like a mousetrap fondles mice.Discretion
by Roger McGough
Discretion is the better part of Valerie
(though all of her is nice)
lips as warm as strawberries
eyes as cold as ice
the very best of everything
only will suffice
not for her potatoes
and puddings made of rice
Not for her potatoes
and puddings made of rice
she takes carbohydrates
like God takes advice
a surfeit of ambition
is her particular vice
Valerie fondles lovers
like a mousetrap fondles mice
And though in the morning
she may whisper: "it was nice"
you can tell by her demeanour
that she keeps her love on ice
but you've lost your hard-earned heart
now you'll have to pay the price
for she'll kiss you on the memory
and vanish in a trice
Valerie is corruptible
but known to be discreet
Valerie rides a silver cloud
where once she walked the street.
