In a Camera Bag, or over my shoulder, usually attached to an additional body.

On vacation - "standard zoom" on a full frame body and a 70-300 on a crop body.

Lens Flipper, huh?

You lug around a dolphin, to carry your lenses, huh? ... Isn't that at crossed porpoises?

Oh, whale ... that's what counts, then ....

As long as the whale's happy, I'll bet Flipper's happy, too ...

Ha! Good one!
They are similar but different creatures, just as the camera bag and the lens flipper.
FYI: the Killer Whale is the largest member of the dolphin family.
(Was looking at that just this morning)

Flipper is related to his cousin, the porpoise, though ... I see them together all the time ...

Whale ... sometimes, I do ....

I've got the lens flipper as well - I love it. Makes it very easy to carry 1 or 2 additional lenses when you don't want to have a bag over your shoulder.

I carry one at most, if at all, in a case on my belt that's big enough for either lens from 10-20 wide to an 18-200 zoom and a couple in between.
