As an earlier poster here said, context is important. Yes TTL can stand for "Transistor Transistor Logic" but that is not in the contact of flash use. in the context of "Camera Flashes" TTL stands for "Through The Lens". I read, and understood the "entire tread" and there was nothing to support your answer" I suggest you go back and read the entire thread!
