In those days I had a darkroom and did my own developing (only B&W mind you, couldn't afford colour chemicals and the enlarger)

With today's computers and software it would be a simple job. Heck, look at the CGI movies and video games.

In 1969 I would imagine that to do a fake would cost a lot more than the original mission.

But there are many people out there that will believe any conspiracy theory. Hey, if it's on the internet, it must be true.....

I suppose it would have to be cream cheese to keep to the theme.

My father-in-law Ed Schreiber was a mineral physicist (I say ‘was’ because he was tragically killed in a car wreck in 1992) who was on the NASA moon rock committee. He and a colleague published an article (tongue in cheek of course) in Science journal in 1970 with this data:

Lunar rocks and cheeses Sound Velocity, Vp (km/second)

Lunar Rock 10017 1.84
Gjetost (Norway) 1.83
Provolone (Italy) 1.75
Romano (Italy 1.75
Cheddar (Vermont) 1.72
Emmenthal (Swiss) 1.65
Muenster (Wisconsin) 1.57
Lunar Rock 10046 1.25
(Science, 168, 1579, 1970)

See, I’m citing references from a respected journal, so you know for sure that the moon is actually made of cheese.

It couldn't survive the heat of reentry.
or
The mice on the capsule finished it off.
or
The astronauts put it on their bagels.

I worked on two of the experiments now on the moon. The laser reflector, which gives us precise lunar orbit information by measuring the reflected laser pulse duration and the seismic experiment. That experiment proved the moon is solid because when a meteorite impacts the moon, the impact sends a shock wave through th moon and reflects the wave back through the moon. The reflected period is roughly 8 minutes. The wave will continue until the enery is dissapated to a level that becomes immeasurable.

Hay guys I thought I would let ya all know, the moon landing was made at Disneyland. ET has a home in the center of the earth. And every time you use your cell phone the government is controling your brain. Im in big trouble now. I have spilled the beans. The men in black will get me now.

Some of the arguments that the moon landing are based on a lack of knowledge of photography. Because no stars were visible in the pictures. As if the dynamic range could be infinite.

If the moon is made of cheese, how big was the cow that gave its milk to make the cheese, no matter what type of cheese it is? Who milked the cow? And where did they put the bucket to catch the milk before processing? where is the processing plant? What did they do with the extra whey?

But I'm wondering if they ever found the man in the moon? Is he inside the cheese?

Someone told me about this, so I tried it. When you begin typing a search in Google, it guesses what words will come next, based on searches by other people. Here is what people have Googled about the moon.

The moon is a hollow star that is bigger than the Earth. Those questions are based on the many queries people have made on Google. They obviously know something we don't. What's their secret? Who are they? Do they live on the Earth? Inquiring minds want to know. LOL
