I've shown you my favorites, now show me yours!!!!

Beautiful tree posts. I was fascinated by these trees. Found them in Italy and Spain. They are called umbrella trees. These are out of focus. All of them were taken in a moving vehicle.

I remember those trees from my short trip to Spain. They were beautiful.

#3 was taken on the Navajo Trail at Bryce Canyon, only #2 was taken at the Grand Canyon.

OK, Eric - it's hard to take a BAD picture in Bryce Canyon, but THAT is awesome! (Walking Tree)

As an ex-pat Cornishman now living in Illinois but getting back every year to family in Cornwall, UK, I was naturally drawn to your shot. I am thinking this is in the original Cornwall, the county in SW England as the hedge built from slate is typical of those in some parts of the county.
What an interesting image of an interesting feature- I like it!

yes, i took that picture in Boscastle Cornwall.. A very wonderfull and interesting place. Devastated by a flood a few years ago and this tree survived! ...Matt

I thought the dead tree pieces made such an interesting and unusual conformation. Looked like driftwood we find here in Florida. This was taken in Bryce Canyon along one of the trails. Bryce had to be one of the most breath taking places we visited on that trip.
