I wanted to let everyone know what an amazing day I had in NYC yesterday, August 2, especially at B&H. The person I have to thank is Hershel because he took time out of his day to show my mother and myself around the store of B&H. And when I mean the store, I mean everything. From the backend, which we never see, customer service area where phone calls are answered to the floor where all the code for the website is written. It was truly unbelievable. After we walked though the floors were hundreds of people work, who we never get to see, for B&H, Hershel took his time and showed us throughout the entire store. I couldn't have asked for a more gracious tour guide or a much more knowledgeable one. Not only did I solve my tremendous GAS attack in buying an Olympus Pen-F and a couple of lenses, I was provided with a tour only a fellow photographer and B&H admirer could love and understand. So anyone living or visiting NYC this is a must stop and visit Hershel along with satisfying some needed GAS relief. Thanks again Hershel I very much enjoyed our visit yesterday and my only regret is I don't live closer. See you next time I'm in town.

Oh my! Your compliments swelled my head to such proportions my colleagues on either side of me had to relocate for lack of work space. You are too kind in your praise and it was truly my pleasure to meet you and your mother and to show you around our little camera shop where everyday we give it our all to uphold our founders 44 year old philosophy of putting the customer first. It's always a thrill meeting fellow UHH members. As a photography enthusiast I feel at home here and it's the only photography forum I belong to and actively participate in.

I look forward to seeing you and your mom again when next you visit. Glad you got home safely.

I thank you again. I had the best time. My GAS attack has subsided for now, but I'm sure we will make another trip down now that we know just all you have to offer. Everyone, from you, to the women who checked use out, and the young man who carried the bags to our car was so pleasant and helpful. I really couldn't have asked for a better day (even with the rain). I'm so glad we were able to meet and you were able to take time out of your first day back to give us the grand tour.
