Excellent shots. Especially like the egret and tern shots.
Thank you Stash for the great comments. I thought the egret looked kinda cool up in the clouds, and with the tern, you can see that the fish he caught is a baby bass.

WOW Mike...you had a great day with great captures!!
Thank you Jan. I really did have a great day, because it's the first time I've had an opportunity to get a shot of a Cooper's Hawk or a Tern at that particular location. That in itself was a real bonus for me.

All fabulous, especially the last one!
Ben...That is certainly a very kind compliment, and I thank you very much. Ya have to admire the way that tern speared that fish. He's one heck of a fisherman (fisherbird).

Fantastic images, all of them. I would agree you had a great day of shooting.
Do you use the dog in your avatar for hunting?
Dennis
Thank you for the very nice compliment Dennis. It is much appreciated. When you go out hunting with a camera; some days are diamonds (not many), and some days are coal. I think I found a diamond that day, but the last 2 days have pretty much been coal.
The dog you see in my avatar is Moxie. She is my 1 1/2 year old female lab. My older dog is Annie (also a lab), and she's 9 years old now. I'm an avid waterfowl hunter, and they hunt with me all the time. Here is a photo taken a year ago. I'm holding Moxie. Annie, now 9 years old, has no gray hair and is a very active dog. She doesn't seem to know how old she is.
