Kind of looks like Hupmobile but not quite. all Hupmoblies I looked at the headlights were different, and they didn't have the small rear side glass.

Yes it is a Graham Paige. 1936. There were only 250 of them
ever made. It is a very rare automobile. I talked to the owner
and they plan to restore it. They have most of the things that
are needed, including the original hood ornament.
