It seems to me that whenever Adobe puts out a "new and improved" version they drop something that was in the old version. So don't delete the old version from your PC, you may want to go back to it.

Wow... girlie girl invoked negative pejorative accusations.... it reflects your image of girlie girls... to me it is an art form I do not think shows off advanced photo skills... it is a "cute thing". Please take a look at the kit that is aimed at Girlie Girl creations:

If I recall correctly frames in PhotoShop used to be done using "actions". You could build your own from scratch or download and alter them step by step.
