BOB!
Welcome back!
I just checked the front page of your photos, and LIKED on facebook. Excellent pictures.
Just so you know, I hate Facebook.
Perhaps you shouldn't have the option to "like" it on your website?
There's a lot I don't care for about facebook either, there is plenty they could improve on, but I think you might be missing the content of what I was saying:
Your pictures are very beautiful, and felt they were worthy of recognition as I thought that was the reason you posted the link to your website.
Perhaps "Thank you" would have been more appropriate than offering me your oppinion on social networks?

I have no choice about the Facebook link. An unsolicited "nice shot" from a stranger whose skill level is unknown is worth as much as a "your stuff stinks" in my opinion. I just consider the source. You'll notice I requested "NO CRITIQUE".

Perhaps you are in the wrong forum? That is what this forum is about. It's about learning the art of photography and sharing our art work here. I guess a compliment is beneath you, so I won't give you anymore compliments on your pictures. It's sad that someone so talented can be such a boorish ass. Don't bother replying, what you think means nothing to me either. I don't suffer fools.
The Aperture and F settings are also on top of the camera.
You can also adjust the info bar to make it more adaptable.
Check your user guide.
Were you carring the camera with the lens pointing down? Did the problem eventually correct itself? I have experienced weird exposure problems with my D90 when the sun enters the viewfinder. I have learned to cover the viewfinder with something ( my hat ) when I must carry my camera with the lens pointed down. Don't know for sure if this was causing your problem, but it might help.
I probably have been carrying the camera as you described. The image in the viewfinder is clear and normal. It is just the information bar that grows dim in the extreme light and that corrects itself when I move into the less severe light. I will try your sugestion. This is only a problem when using in the manual mode. Thank you for your reply.. joe peva
