everytime I takes a picture, it's black at the bottom

There is something inside the body below the viewfinder screen area that is blocking part of your view of the lenses projected image. It's NOT the shutter mechanism nor the mirror itself. Remove the lens and look as you should be able to see the problem easily whatever it is. It's at the TOP as an image is inverted when you take a picture making the blockages shadow appear at the bottom of the image. If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, go to a camera store and have someone there see what it is.

If you have a "long" lens the I would guess it is the shadow of lens while using flash.

Is this from the eye-level viewfinder or live view from the LCD?
It makes a difference.

I agree that using too high a shutter speed with flash could give you the black portion of the picture area. BUT. that would not be visible in the viewfinder, only in the produced / resultant image. Must be something within the camera / lens light path.

Totally true, so I herewith withdraw my suggestion regarding shutter speed.

If you are using the popup flash it could be a lens hood or if using any flash with too fast a shutter speed (higher than the maximum for proper sync) you will get a similar result.

Here I thought you knew better than that Gene. If he were using a flash it would clearly be viewable as a blown out highlight of the computer screen in his sample shots. Its very clear that no flash was used here.

Besides which, wouldn't the line be sharply defined, rather than fuzzy?
