Was taught street photography in Portland by Thom & PJ and it has become a neat side line. Should be a good time now with all the decorations etc.

I learned that B&W is primarily used here because that it how it shows up in newspapers but also in newspapers there is always a place for other stuff, depending on the site where they were shot. I've been preparing this one on and off now for a bit
For instance the old Saturday afternoon games
Shot in Lafayette Park, Norfolk,VA
The second picture is in Booches, the best place to eat a cheeseburger in Columbia, Mo. The last one is the Magic Tree in Columbia, Mo. There are people in the picture you just can't see them.
Looks like they put Santa in a cage.

These pictures were taken at Leavenworth, Washington. It was there annual Christmas lighting ceremony. When we arrived it was 7 degrees outside. My wife and I were two of the 40,000 people who were there. Everything was freezing up. The zoom lens stopped working. The batteries were working overtime. And I was shaking so bad I am surprised everything didn't come out a big blur. All that being said... I'd go back there in a heart beat.
