I took many of the same photos that you have taken in Monterey. Your rendition of the lone cypress tree is better than mine since my angle of view was the other direction as your's was focused against the shoreline. Really nice work in a beautiful location.
Thank you, Steve. It is a beautiful area of the country. As I was posting the tree picture, I was thinking, "Shucks, it would have been better against the ocean background...." (or words to that effect) I'd love to see your shot of it.
Having never been there I didn't realize this part of the coast was so rugged and beautiful. Well done sir.
Thanks for looking! The Pacific northwest is very impressive. We lived on the east coast (NJ) before we moved out to CA and I never saw anything like this on the Atlantic coast.
Thanks for sending the pictures Michael. Your friend is talented and looks like he does nice work. You are correct. I have enjoyed cars for as long as I remember. When I was in HS I wrote for our school newspaper. I had a monthly article called Nuts and Bolts. It featured the street rods on campus. That was 50 plus years ago and I still enjoy the cars as much today as I did back then. You are living in Hot Rod Central. Have you adjusted to that California lifestyle? Thanks again and enjoy the holiday season.
