I have the A6000. I didn't think the added features on the A6300 were worth the cost of upgrading. The #1 enhancement I would like to see is a fully articulated screen. The tilt screen is OK but doesn't work when shooting vertical. I haven't used a touch screen, but other folks seem to like them so that would probably be an improvement also.

Hi 'repleo'; Definetly agree with the Logic of both your suggestions; ...btw, which of the 'touch-screen' systems (who makes//uses it?) do you believe would be best for the fully articulated screen?

A friend has the a6300. It has a magnesium alloy body to protect it from dust and moisture. Do not confuse moisture protection from water proofing. Water is a camera's worst enemy, regardless of weather protection.

The only touch screens I have used are on my phone or tablets. I don't really like them. Feels like trying to waltz in wellington boots. However, I have seen numerous camera reviews from people who said they didn't like them at first and then loved them once they got used to it. I borrowed my daughter's Canon Rebel once which had an articulated screen and I liked that.
Another thing I would like to see on the A6XXX is slightly more raised buttons. If the corner of your thumbnail isn't shaped just right it is very hard to press the buttons. I have worn a groove in the menu button in just a couple of months.
