I am still showing my Liz shootout, She did started dropping out her clothes on this shot. I took 72 poses over all from her.
Inexperienced mature model in very positive attitude.
Canon 5D Mark III,F/4.5 Iso 100, 100-200mm II Canon L 2.8. I did shoot on free hand with gable to the monitor, camera & lights connection with Pocket Wizard.
Light measured /adjusted with Sekonic L-358.
Main strobe 1/2 power with 30" octagon box left side 2feet from the model, filler at her right 1/8th of power. The third light full power pointed to the back ground.

Out of the four sets you have posted I like the first one and I like this one....I think I like this one the best so far....she seems much more comfortable in this photo than any of the other's....just something with her legs that look wrong to me.....JMHO

Bent, this is my fav of Liz. The pose and lighting show off her assets nicely and it also seems to mitigate her age. Not that she's trying to be young but all Models would like shots that are becoming of them.
As a Model she should work on perfecting such poses. Good job with this one.
What is a shootout? We're there several models available at the shoot?

I like this one the best so far, it does what a boudoir shoot should do, it makes her look very sexy.... great work
The legs, wrong, do you mean they are to deep in soft cushion ? Or what ?
bdk, Thank you from kind words.
SharpShooter,
The shootout is on my studio, and is not open shoot. Mostly I do here for families, pets, hi school portraits, pretty pouring standard stuff. The glamour is new area for me and a lot of fun and lot to learn.
I am not new on photography in otherways, architecture, landscapes, etc. Just heading to the Colorado for 10 day photography trip.
However I am located ~60 miles north from Atlanta, are you on the area ?
I can get you in with a small fee in other studios, with a young stunning models.
Beautifully exposed. Great image.

LoL, Bent, I'm in the area if you ignore the 3000 miles between us!!!
Only been to Atlanta once but if I'm gonna be traveling there, I'll definately take you up on it!!!
The only thing I remember about Atlanta is the Coca Cola Museum and how that fountain shoots samples into a cup from about 15 feet away!!! LoL

I like the pose - perhaps he feels the legs look like she is an amputee? A little less cushion might be better, but this is not a big deal for me...
Love the expression on her face.....
Beautiful and friendly.
Great image. No need to mitigate her age-she is gorgeous.
