I love your first shot Sylvia. The contrast and textures of the brooding sky, rustic buildings with the stone wall and the field of beautiful poppies all combine to make an outstanding composition.

Beautiful work Sylvia, all are great, love the effect on the last one.
Cheers.
What wonderful images!!! I was talking with my friend who lives in Watford, just outside of London, only yesterday, and he told me he had just been photographing a field of red poppies. I could imagine their beauty in my mind's eye, but your images make the sight clear and pleasing. The only red poppy I've seen lately is the ceramic one we bought from the installation in London (I believe it was at the Tower of London.) Your field has my single piece beat by quite a bit.
