I just downloaded Topaz Impressions for the MAC and got as far as trying to install on the Mac running MAC OS 10.11.5 and nothing happened! Wrote to Topaz labs tech support to no avail. Nothing they have suggested has worked so far. I'm still hopeful.

Yes, the same happened for me.
Delete the download. Go back to the Topaz site and download again and reinstall. Topaz has fixed the issue according to their tech support.

I had problems when I first downloaded it--Froze the computer twice--now it is working just fine--I am using windows 8.1 with CS5 and all is working OK
