Crop or not?

Since it's not overly obvious what the woman is doing, I think you made a wise choice in cropping her out. Emotional shot this way and doesn't confuse the viewer.

I agree with this statement also. the lone vet brings out more character to the photo.

I like the cropped version. Even though the lady is blurred, she is a distraction to me.
