Hi Bob 1: The wife and I are planning to go to Iceland in the future. I was wondering what tour company you used. Thanks for the info.

That milky look to the water in the first three remind me of the gsalcier river's up in Alaska. When you find a stream feeding in that's not from a glacier, the water is unbelievably clear.

OK....we're picking up from Part 1 at the waterfalls where The River Hvita drops 96 feet into two falls. Starting off with a couple more pictures from this spot before discovering some geysers & some other unique areas in Iceland. Thanks for coming along for the adventure. This will be about another 15 shots.

Iceland is a unique area of beauty and you have given us some great shots. Thank you.

What a great set. What is a boy from Indiana doing so far away from home?

Thanks for sharing! I think I need to go there now. Interesting and beautiful! Question on the water in the first two shots...the water seems tinted or something. Almost a milky discoloration. Did you hear anything about that? Seeing the other clear water, I would have expected it to be more clear.

Thanks mrova for taking such interest in the Iceland series. You really should put this on you bucket list! The reason for the water appearing murky is due to this being some of the runoff from glaciers that are off in the distance from where we were at the time. I think they refer to it as silt. The area where the water is so clear is miles away from these falls & is unrelated. I'm beginning to wonder if perhaps there might be some underwater caves in the area where it's so clear. (??) Thanks again, Bob :)

Thanks photonutbob for checking out the photos of Iceland. By all means....be sure you make it there....it's well worth it! I would like to go back again to see what we missed. It's hard for me to answer your question about the tour company as we booked everything thru our ship before leaving home. (Royal Caribbean) I might have that map someplace around here that might give a name on it. Not sure just where to look, but will keep it in mind. As mentioned....the tour we choose when booking was called The Golden Circle Tour. Thanks again, Bob :)
