This is why lobbying should be ILLEGAL. Corporations are not people. They do not have a moral conscience. .

There are hundreds of people in the Obama administration, can you name two who have moral conscience ?

Don't want to offend anyone . But I thought everyone knew that big pharma wrote Obamacare. As big corporations write bills, when anyone leaves congress they retire, or go back as lobbist. Both parties which control all mainstream media
know most will believe anything they say. Educate yourselves the five, that own all media. Newspapers also it is all fixed. Don't worry today the Bilderbergers start their yearly meeting today in Austria . They will set policy for next year teey are 150 of the most powerful 1%
around the world. Non Fiction.

The best solution to this problem is to never patronize Disney again.

I've been thinking about this, and I realize the politicians didn't come up with this law on their own. Businesses (contributors) must have said they would like a way to "legally" replace Americans with temporary foreigners. They made sure the bill was worded just right and then presented it to their elected "business partners."

I think you are right on that. The governments-local, state, and national are now owned and operated by the corporate cartels, and the voters made this happen, either through their ignorance or by not voting at all. "Ignorance is bliss" applies especially to the monied interests. Our ignorance gives them a ton of bliss.

Make campaign contributions illegal. Not easy to do, but are they bribes or extortion? Using cell phone type techn, three TV channels could be made vailable for each COUNTY in the US for the politicians to get their "message" across, then we could make campaign contributions illegal.. It could work, but wont happen. Elections are hugh CASH COW for the radio/tv/printing/advertising industry...

This is awful. Disneyland is laying off hundreds of American workers and replacing them with foreigners who will be here on temporary visas, brought in so they can work cheaper than Americans. I wonder how much more the executives will take home as a result of this disgusting move. They're certainly not going to lower the entry fees for the Americans who can afford to visit Disneyland

Obama has to do something with all the Mexicans and somalians he is bringing over here.

It was written with huge loopholes, or more accurately without any standards and without any enforcement. SHAME ON US!

Disney is just one of many. SoCal Edison pulled the same stunt a year ago, forcing workers to train their H1B replacements. There are many more examples. I'm retired so it doesn't affect me but this just makes me sick.

Hi Jerry. I believe if Walt were still here this wouldn't be happening. This kind of bad publicity will only drive away business (we hope) so those currently running the company will get the message.

In conjunction with H1-B abuse, Disney raised their prices. They join Google, Apple, Microsoft and other corporations in lobbying the government to raise the H1-B visa cap.

What makes you believe that the UAW is not turning a blind eye to all of this? The UAW today exists for itself and not necessarily for the working man at least from what I see. They came to Chattanooga at the VW plant before they were asked by any workers and told them that they need the UAW, really. Who needs who? the UAW has been losing membership for years and are starting to feel the pain of less money.

If the new Free Trade Bill now in Congress gets passed you'll see more Americans out of work than when NAFTA was passed! God save us from Politicians in Washington and Big Money Special Interests.

You can thank Congress for opposing those measures.
