Someone has to have the last word don't they?... I have spoke to the authorities, I did NOT speak to the Admin, I would have rather the post remain up until after the correct people had seen it. I have also been told by the authorities that his club will be made aware of the claims he has made about them allowing and covering up an assault on their property.

Then why did you say that YOU were going to make an effort to do so? If the authorities have already advised you that they will handle it, your actions could only be construed as harassment.
While it might not rise to the level of sexual harassment, it's certainly not a laudable or respectable course of action.
Personally, I don't believe that anyone who would advocate such a course of action should be lecturing the OP or anyone else on proper forum etiquette.

Do you know anyone who has been assaulted? Do you have any idea what it does to someone both physically and emontionay, do you know it's something you can never get away from? I know the pain first hand, and I will fight to regain the power that was ripped from me one SOB at a time. Bringing their crimes to light in front of their family and friends is one way to do just that.
Maybe he made this,story up and thought it was funny, ya,I can see how taking someone's sense of self worth is funny, ha ha ha.

I do know, first hand.
But I don't use it as an excuse to behave badly. I don't use it as an excuse to do things that the authorities can't or won't do. I don't use it as an excuse to harass or embarrass anyone in front of their friends and family. Doing those things doesn't make me powerful, it makes me a jerk.
You don't even know whether a crime WAS committed. But you've already tried and convicted him in your head, and you've gone right on down the road to punishment.
Please let the authorities handle the situation from here. If you're not able to cope with being powerless in this situation, it's time to seek counseling instead of becoming some sort of internet vigilante.

MWAC: not the only one that has question's about this guy. but would like to know what authorities is this person refering too. the internet police an wonder if that might be Al Gore.

I don't need to know. The Admin handled it, and law enforcement will handle it.
There is absolutely nothing else I can do about it, except get my tighty whities in a knot. How could that possibly improve the situation?

Now might not be the best time to bring this up, but did anyone else see the post Diet made about how much this forum has helped him get things off of his chest? To me that screams a few giant things which I am not going to bring up because so far he seems to be gone from this section. And truly is this guy worth this back and forth we have going on here about turning him in to authorities and such? I can see points on both sides and I do have a side of the discussion I favor at this point, but again will not mention because frankly this guy is not worth it. By all means please continue this discussion if you wish.
