Really nice on download.
Are those venom drops on the tips?
This would make a great avatar.
Well done.
Very Cool! Have you tried lighting from below? Maybe masking all but where the molted exoskeleton sits on a sheet of glass? I used to light etched/sand carved glass that way. Might be interesting.
P.S. Lost my micro-bumblebee subject.

thank you Albugshutterbug, I will look under the microscope and see (not that I would recognize such). Time to shed my old skin and try these fangs on. (I have always admired someone else's fang avatar and had to try the same theme!

I will try this down below lighting. You must share some of these etched sand images. It sounds very cool. One of my dogs got a squirrel once, but never a mouse! Sounds like your dog knew it was messing with your stuff.
here is lit from beneath. One thing I like very much about this method, is that if I choose, I can block light by simply laying something on the sheet of glass that the object rests on. I might have to attempt this style with amber and see what happens.
Very cool! It worked very well!!

Very nice. What organism do the fangs belong to?
Thank you muddy and Bob and Gym.
