For once I have to agree with you. The establishment will do their damnedest to defeat anyone that does not fit in with the "old boys club". Our military personnel especially at the lower ranks should be paid better. If you consider base housing, tax free items at the commissary and BX , and base schools like I attended in Idaho to be welfare then you're way off the mark. Crawl back under your dark cloth.

No I just blindly type. Why do you ask? So many suggest that military benefits that I listed are "welfare". I know some military personnel are on the SNAP program out of necessity. Not many compared to the overall population.
