Greetings jarwalker. I vacation on Ocracoke every September. Best beach anywhere. I used to work on a military freighter out of Cherry Point and spent a lot of R+R in Wilmington N.C. Lots of really good photographers here that can help you with any questions you might have.

Yes, I agree. Thanks for the welcome. I am indeed to be living in this great coastal area. However I really enjoy the NC mountains with it beautiful waterfalls and wildflowers. I do get to do a fair number of birds here on the coast too. Again, thanks for the welcome!
