Hello Everyone,
I am new to the site. I love taking photos and sharing ideas. I also have a passion for hiking, kayaking and reading novels. I want to begin taking more images and to improve my photography skills. I look forward to getting to know many of you!!

Welcome to the Hog, jarwalker73 from a misplaced fellow Tarheel. You'll find lots of friends & plenty of good advice here. I grew up in Winston-Salem and my last assignment before I retired from the Air Force was Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro. You live in an area that is loaded with photographic potential. Looking forward to seeing some of your shots.

Images will load faster if you downsize them. Otherwise, it doesn't make much difference. I'm a little lazy & usually upload full size images. Just don't forget to click the (store original) button so we can see the best your image can display.
