Request: When you wish to respond to an individual, please use "Quote Reply" or ID the individual by name so readers know who your reply is directed to.
There are three methods available: Quote Reply / Reply / Quick Reply.

"Quote Reply" will ID the OP (Original Poster) so everyone knows who the reply is addressing.
Allows attachments.Example using quote reply:

What you will see in the reply box. Note: The symbols [ and ] have been replaced with { and } to disable the code so it can be viewed:

Reply - Blank input box.
