Yes, I say for us to use logic. We should not enter into a conflict with ISIS, and their barbarianism, which they have used since the 6th century and continue to use now. That is exactly what they want us to do, yet once again.
Read history man. It has always been with Muslims that when outnumbered they take off their uniforms (black dresses today), blend into the background, then slit our throats one by one, from behind. When their numbers rise, again, they get back into their black dresses and yell, "kill the infidels."
To pack up all of those tanks, armored vehicles, guns, and troops on ships and take them to the mid-east, to have our troops killed and equipment stolen and give to the enemy, as was done in our conflict in Afghanistan and Iraq wars, that we have lost by the way, and that continue even today, is not logic in my opinion?
Just get the hell out of the mid-east and in 5 minutes they will be back cutting each others throats and begging us to buy their oil once again.
We must be smarter, and contrary to what you say we must use logic. If we can get a coalition of European forces as we did in WWII, then I say OK, but no we should not place our boots on the ground next to Muslim forces.
I am "smarter" than that.

I didn't say WE shouldn't use logic. I was suggesting it is futile to use logic in your argument to your intended audience here on UHH.
Well, thank you for the clarification.
With the exception Larry-the-loser-Payne, who is logic's worse enemy, many others on UHH are logical and understand logic, so I don't feel that I am "futile" in my attempts to communicate with logical folks. :-)
