I clicked on the link and it ultimately brought me to my plan page. I guess that this is for people who use Blurb but do not already have CC.

I have had a blurb account for a while, but have never ordered. Any idea how much you need to have used them (if at all) to make albums or whatever to get that price? I couldn't find any info.
