Canon Raw Problem

Baically, I gave up. Adobe rep suggested I download trail PSE 13 version. Raws downloaded fine. Will be buying 13-another damn learning curve. Just wished I knew 1/10th as much as everyone else. Don't even know how to put this out for everyone else to read.

Basically gave up. Adobe rep suggested I download free trail PSE13-which I did. Raws downloaded fine & could work on them. Will be buying PSE13-another damn learning curve!! wish I knew 1/10th as much as you people. Can't even figure out how to move for general public to read :evil:

Glad that PSE 13 has solved half your problem. I can't think of any reason why download Codecs have not helped with viewing in Explorer. Since the download, have you rebooted the computer?

Did reboot. Beleive me Searcher, it's probably me. Thanks for trying to help. REALLY APPRICIATE YOUR TIME. But, do I need to do something to get this on general viewing?

I am not sure what you mean by "general viewing", are you referring to Facebook or the Hog or something else?
