Really like these Brent most especially #1. What you capture plus your post work is always interesting and to me just good. And to top it off- you are just a nice person. Are you puffed up now? Just enjoy the remarks- they are sincere. Sandy
Neat shots Brent, thanks for sharing. Bee

Very nice. Excellent use of filters. You've captured a rainy day perfectly.
Thanks so much Yooper. You make me happy!
I love your series and you did capture the elements quite successfully. the colors were brilliant. You are right, there is no no time for photo ops, all times are right and do are different situations. This proves it.
#3,15,18,19 are my pick. All are winners in my book! Nice set Brent, nice set.

Thanks so much IsoBob. #3 seems to be getting a lot of attention. I wanted to show you what I did to it, next to what I started out with. I made some enhancements to it that I felt would be good for the image.
Rainy days never looked so good...great series. So what does the Mrs. do while you stop every five minutes to grab a shot? ;-)

Thank you very much katkase. I'm so glad you and I agree that you must take advantage of every different photo opp that you have.

She most likely has a similiar reaction to my other half's. There is probably some eye rolling and a lack of stride breaking. There has been more than one trip where I've spent a great deal of time watching her backside.
Even the original is nice, Brent. I like the oversaturated blue sky and the almost surrealistic touches on the edit but lets face it, if you can't have fun in "the happiest place on earth", pack it up and go home.

What happens when we go to Disneyland is this:
I go with my wife, her father and on this visit my son and his wife. We all have passes and we have a parking pass to. When we go my father in law walks with a cane and is very slow. I walk fast enough to usually catch up to them when I am shooting photos. My wife has complained in the past but now that her dad is getting slower I didn't have a problem catching up with them. You are so right about me stopping every 5 minutes to take a shot. On this last trip I gave the camera to my wife and she shot this photo of me on the roller coaster there. I was squinting because it was raining and at 60mph the drops sting your eyes!
There is no such thing as too many trips through the California Screamin' or Tower of Terror lines. Although degenerative arthritis in both knees kind of puts a damper on Splash Mountain.
Doesn't stop me though, it just takes longer to get out of the log. Lol.

Brent- I don't do any PP as yet. I'm old schooled and I must confess I really hate a majority of the processed images that I see. Mostly way over done. I was taught to get it right in camera. I still adhere to this but I just broke down and bought Elements 12! When it's handled correctly as you do I can see the merit to it. Now all I have to do is study, study and get my head around all of this. You are an influence. Thanks.
