Just make sure you get a USA warranty. They will try to send you one of their warranties. If you are still looking, check out Sam's Club. All of their products come with USA warranties and their prices are very competitive.

42nd St Photo (NYC) sometimes will sell grey market item for USA market item. Grey market items do not have a USA warranty.
Physically visit 42nd Street Photo (is not an authorized dealer). Get their price.
Physically take their price a few blocks to Best Buy Manhattan Store (NYC) for Best Buy (is an authorized dealer) to price match it.

B & H has the D 3100 for 1096 only 100 or so more more but very reputable
