I think she wants to see the TR6 from the side. I doubt that she wants to see my big nose. Just a guess.

My first car was a Corvair. Nader's just came out and me and my buddies tried to flip it in the back parking lot of our high school with no success. We all thought Ralph Nader was an idiot. We sure were stupid back then.

Nah - 'vairs are safe - Nader - not so much!

True story - my dad followed a GT350 for 20 miles on a local curvy road, right on his a$$ the whole way with a T-Handle slushpump 'vair - when they got to the stoplight (The only one in the whole county), the 'stang laid down about 100 feet of rubber, to cover up his embarrassment. Dad went the other way, chuckiling

Robin, thanks for starting this thread the photos posted bring back many memories. My brother (now deceased) had a TR3 like the one posted along with many other cars. and my dad had a 1949 Chevy different color than the one posted but the same style He later bought a 1950 light green with white bumpers! Sort of embarrassing to arrive at school in that one. lol Lots of fun looking back. Thanks

You think YOU were embarrassed? I used to drive a '62 Chevy pick-up (3 on the tree) to school!!! SERIOUSLY~ But it came in handy a few times when there were rumbles at the football or basketball games...all of my cheerleaders piled into the back to get the heck out of dodge. Had to return later to pick-up their vehicles. <Wonderin' where that ol' pick-up is now>

Ha! Its funny that no matter where people live there can be so many things in common. I was a Rumble starter  and then I would get my best friend 6'5" and mean as could be to finish the fights for me. I'm not as stupid as my profile pix looks! :-) As for your truck its probably still hiding and shaking in the bushes somewhere out of fear! lol
