1935 Plymouth Deluxe Coup winter restoration project by a buddy of mine. Talkin' about a pearl white paint job with brass trim pieces. Ooeee...can't wait to see it when it's done! Yeeha!

I can feel his pain....I am restoring a 1962 Corvair for my wife ! Pearle and brass should look sweet on that car ! Butternut Yellow is goin on the 'Vair !

Cool beans. I went to school with a pair of twins whose dad gave each of his kids (8 total) a 'bassket case' Corvair (year unknown). They each (boys and girls) had to rebuild the car if they wanted it. Taught them a lot.

Will post some pix of the 1964 Ford Fairlane rebuild. The engine is sweet...289 and spotless!!!

My first car was a Corvair. Nader's just came out and me and my buddies tried to flip it in the back parking lot of our high school with no success. We all thought Ralph Nader was an idiot. We sure were stupid back then.

@Chris and tainkc: Had a'62 Corvair myself in btw LBCs. was a coupe with 3 on the floor and 4-barrel carb. Quick little sucker.

Present weekender here is '73 TR6.
