To which he said "OK"... TM had more than enough time to get to his fathers girlfriends house (4 minutes by the trial transcripts) & call 911. Instead, he evidently circled around & confronted the "creepy assed cracker") as GZ was headed back to his truck when TM confronted him...All this is in the court testimony, not NBC's doctored 911 tapes...

None of you seem to know that Florida was a slave state and a member of the Confederacy!! When I first moved to "liberal" Miami in 1967, there was a sign on the way to Key Biscayne labeling Virginia key as the "colored Beach." The further north you go from Miami, the less "liberal" are race relations.

Scott may demand an apology from Jesse Jackson but he is apologizing this week for his choice of education commissioner. Seems the guy's stellar reputation from his previous job in Indiana turned out to be tainted by cheating on his own part to help a contributor. Scott should concentrate on his own need to apologize.

The dirty truth is... Martin wasn't a good guy.. he was a young bad adult about to grow up into a bad man. If he was white. I'd say the very same thing. In fact- in the next story I am including the link to , this white guy got what he deserved. Although the black guy also made mistakes, IE deadly force is not warranted in a exterior- out of house, property crime. Thus- I would have avoided an armed confrontation. What led up to the actual event was all uncomfortable, but not illegal- on either side. Once the punching started- that's when it all changed. Martin doesn't punch- he lives. Zimmerman had no intention of shooting anybody l that night, or Martin wouldn't have gotten close enough to punch.
