I need to calibrate/copy colors from flat paper artwork in order to make more accurate inkjet prints. It appears the Color Munki Design product would do this. Looked to Amazon and the reviews are terrible. I usually trust Amazon reviews and I am now hesitant to buy. It also seems there are 2 software versions, one for photo and one for design, and each must be purchased separately despite the hardware being the same. That makes it $1000 for both!

Any thoughts?

Time to buy a Color Munki for calibration of monitor and also printer. Don't ask how much, just buy it. You'll not be sorry and those who see your images will be impressed by the quality of your color.

I bought Spyder 3 Express to calibrate my monitor and bought Qimage Pro ($89.00) software. Have an Epson 700 printer and my prints come out perfect. Matches my monitor color 95%. Great combination and very affordable and easy to use.
