You can select multiple folders by shift click on the first and last folder which will select all folders in between. Another way is to control click on the individual’s folders. Then the pictures from the selected folders will be displayed in the filmstrip at the bottom of the screen. Shift click on the first and last picture that you want to have the same keyword(s) and this will select all pictures in between or once again you can Control click and only select certain photos. To add the keywords go to the keyword dialog box type keywords separated by commas press enter. Then press the Sync which brings up the Synchronize Metadata box check the information that you want to sync and then press the Synchronize.

Go to the grid view and select all the photos you want to share the key word. Add the key words and you're done. If you already have the keywords in some photos and want to add them to others; first, select the photo that has the keywords. Then, while keeping that one selected, use the control/click the others and click on "synchronize metadata" To select multiple images, if they are all consecutive, click on the first image. Then shift/click on the last image. If they aren't consecutive, use the control key when you click on each of the others.

Is there a way to keyword multiple photos at once ? if in the film strip there are 12 photos and 5 of them need keyword ( 1 ) . I would like to highlight those photos and then add ( 1 ) to all of the chosen photos is that possible ?
