I am not sure if anyone remembers, I was getting ready to have a photo project displayed at out Brooksville Florida City Hall building. The curator was very helpful. he encouraged me to do this for the Brooksville community.
We hung the photos together plus the description of each merchant ands color photos of the stores. The portraits of the merchants her done in B&W 8 x10 framed with matts.
I also got a write up in our local Newspaper, The Hernando Sun. It was nice to be acknowledged.
I am looking forward to creating another photo exhibit.

Congratulations! It’s good encouragement for the future.
Congratulations!
I just had a photo of mine published on the cover of the Redondo Beach Visitors Guide.
This is the second straight year in a row and my 6th cover over the span of about 20 years.
I've been invited two times to display a bunch of my RR photos, and I have a bunch of other pics also of the old buildings and businesses that have been in town and are now gone I took around 75 pics. down to the Art Center here in town. Have received a lot of comments about them. I enjoyed it but it's a lot of work. I taped a idea of what the pic. is about, other wise people wouldn't have a clue to what it was. Marv

Thank you Bill. catskinner
Congratulations Ellen. I find that when I exhibit or post photo portraits and/or painted portraits of animals, especially dogs, cats, horses and birds, people either buy them or want prints of them. If it looks like their pet, they often can't resist.
Keep up the good work.
I was just in Brooksville for a few days. I wish I had known about this. Congratulations.
