You think there are UHH members that are less than 30 year old? Any way it's type II tape with type I equalization.

And what does that have to do with the question
The pencil can be used to wind the tape if need be.

Could it be to break the tabs on the top[ of the cassette so it cannot be overwritten. Sorry, forgot I was over 30. LOL
I noticed that but since I can't post the answer to the question so ...

The recorded word and the written word as well as lead is used to record in both.

Cassette doesn't use lead. The lead of the pencil isn't made of lead either. Also I believe you're over the hill that is you're not 30 or younger any more.
