Beautiful car Kim. My first car when I was 16 was a 65 mustang not fastback. It was the green and had 289 4 speed. It was a pretty fast car. Loved it and wish I would have kept it. I sold it and bought a 69 Mach 1 when I graduated high school. It was Blue with gold stripping. It was a 351 automatic. It was pretty fast car also. I wish I would have kept that one also. Would be worth some very good money. Years back I was watching a commercial with Bill Elliott and there in his driveway was my Mach 1. My heart ached. Keep posting love all of them. Thanks BE SAFE!!

Can never see one of these babies without thinking about the song Mustang Sally. Lots of good Mustang Memories. Including where the name Mustang might have originated.

What a beauty. My first (at age 17) was a '65 fastback in "vintage burgundy" and a 289 automatic. It had about 130k on it already, and I eventually sold it several years and around 65,000 miles later. Over those years (in snow country) it provided me a solid course in auto mechanics, as most everything failed, except (amazingly) the transmission! But what great memories I have of that car, and where it took me.
