I always request a paper bill. I've found my computer and their websites to be far too unreliable to use as a primary payment function. If they can't send me a paper bill, they don't get paid. John

I had mail delay problems with two separate company payments last Summer.
I went to on-line paying almost everything with absolutely no problem.
I only send maybe three checks out now.

I’m with you on going back to paper bills, Jerry. I’m not having any problems with the on-line billing yet just remembering all the User Names and Passwords to get into the different accounts. My old brain just doesn’t hold all that information any more. In my current condition I write stuff like that down then forget where I filed it 🙄

I have my one browser save the login credentials (encrypted) and we have both a book and PW protected spreadsheet.
I refer to them often........

I want to laugh because you just described me! I do prefer paper by far…I keep my bills for a year in my file cabinet and can refer to them instantly with no password! I then store them for another year then discard them. Seems to work best for me. I love Apple Card Pay on my phone and iPad, it is so easy to do anytime and the records are there instantly…always available a a glance so I am using that more now. No others are as easy or clear to follow as Apple.

Interesting.
I download a PDF of the bills and file them in a "\Bills\<utility>\" folder on the computer.
No paper to file or shred in the beginning of the year. I can keep them for years if I wanted to do so with no paper clutter.
The bills are easily accessible on the computer if I need to review them.

I've made three attempts to get onto my Keybank account to see what I can get with my points. They're still having problems.

If Key Bank is incapable of solving their online issues then maybe it is time to switch banks. I have never had any problems with Chase's Website.

Exactly what I do. Just got rid of an overcharge this morning with that as proof. John

I have had quite a few connection problems with Chase. Synchrony Bank, too - Amazon, Sam's, and Lowe's. If I can't connect with Sam's, I try Amazon, and both accounts show up on the same page.

Sorry, it sounds like it is less of a problem with Key Bank and more of an issue with your Internet provider. I guess that I should be grateful that I happen to have reliable Internet service.

In this case, it was Keybank that said it was having problems. Imagine the thousands of people who are signing into banks simultaneously. It's amazing that the system works at all.
